Wolverhampton Pride, at its heart, is a celebration of Wolverhampton’s LGBT+ community.

It is an event that is open for everyone to come together to celebrate, to learn about and to support LGBT+ inclusion within the city of Wolverhampton.

The fundamental ethos of Wolverhampton Pride is the city working together to deliver a truly inclusive and accessible celebration of the LGBT+ community. It goes to the heart of Wolverhampton being a Rainbow City - a city where you can be who you are and be proud and this event is a key part of delivering this.

The journey of Wolverhampton Pride is all about collaborative working between key organisations, and community is an important theme. We have a vibrant voluntary and community sector that is essential in ensuring it stays true to celebrating not only Wolverhampton but the LGBT+ community.

Wolverhampton Pride has already become a staple not only in the city events calendar but within the LGBT+ community.

Wolverhampton Pride is organised by the Wolverhampton Pride Cooperative. The Cooperative is led by City of Wolverhampton Council and made up of several different organisations that bring their expertise and experience with them.
